Hailing from the deserts of the Coachella Valley, "Whitewater" is an alternative rock group with a distinct and visceral sound. Influenced by bands such as Soundgarden, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Nirvana the band is willing to cross boundaries and venture into soundscapes both vintage and new. Established in late 2023, the band has over a year of performing experience at iconic venues such as Pappy and Harriet’s, the Whisky a Go Go and the House of Blues in Anaheim. Through years of playing around Southern California, the band has amassed a strong following without having released any official music. With plans of recording a debut EP at Fireside Sounds Studio with Christopher Thorn (of Blind Melon, AWOLNATION and Afghan Whigs), big things are on the horizon for this fresh desert rock outfit.
